  Burdock Chips
Burdock (medium size with dirt) 1
Nnon-bleached flour 1/4 cup
Salt 1 tsp.
Salute Santé!® Grapeseed Oil 1 L (0.264 gal)

1. Wash burdock thoroughly. 2.Cut the burdock into fine stripes, and soak them in water to remove harshness. (Thinner is better for better look.) 3. Remove them from water before its fragrance fades away. Coat the wet burdocks with flour. They should not be covered with too much flour.
4. While raveling the burdocks, fry them until crisp in Salute Santé!® Grapeseed Oil. Salt them before serving. It's a good snack with ice-cold beer, and its healthy. The burdock chips won't be soggy even when they cool off.
** Soba Chips:
Prepare fresh soba noodles, and cut them into appropriate length. Fry them in Salute Santé!® Grapeseed Oil, then add a pinch of salt.
