A Healthy Japanese Salute Santé!® Grapeseed Oil Vinaigrette
Carpaccio de Daurade aux Asperges Vertes

Serves 1 person
Thin-sliced red snapper (salted and peppered) 50g (2 oz)
Green asparaguses (boiled in 2% salted water) 2
Mixed green salad A Pinch
Herbs (dill, cerfeuil, parsnip) A small amount
Sliced radish 3 sheets
Minced ciboulette A small amount
Diced tomatoes Some
Leek A Pinch
Green oil Some
Japanese dressing Some

1. Put 2 green asparaguses on a plate. 2. Add thinly-sliced red snapper on to the asparaguses. The red snapper should be salted and peppered beforehand. Spread ciboulette over the plate.? 3. Put Japanese dressing on the ingredients.
4. Decorate radishes and salad on the plate, then add herbs and dressing. 5. For decoration, draw lines on the plate with the green oil. ?????????????????
   
<Green Oil>
  By using a blender, mix 3 grams of parsley, 10 grams of garlic, and 75cc of Salute Santé!® Grapeseed Oil.
<Japanese Dressing>
     Mix 60cc of Salute Santé!® Grapeseed Oil, 15cc of white wine vinegar, grated ginger and garlic, 3cc of soy sauce, and 1cc of lemon juice.
