EASY! Pie Crust
Yield: Tow 8 or 9-inch single crusts or one 8 or 9-inch double crust.
Unbleached flour
2 1/4 cups.
Sea salt 3/4 tsp.
Sante!(r) Grapeseed Oil 1/2 cup.
Butter 2 Tbls.
Cold water 5-6 Tbls.
 

1. Sift flour and salt into bowl. 2. Add Salute Sante! Grapeseed Oil and butter. Beat in mixer until particles are the size of small peas, about 30 seconds. 3. Slowly add water, a tablespoon at a time, until particles are moistened. Use only enough water to make pastry form a ball. Chill in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
4. Roll to 1/8-inch thickness between waxed paper. 5. Place pastry into pie plate or tart dish. Press firmly against bottom and sides. 6. Trim and crimp edges. Fill and bake as desired. Yield: Tow 8 or 9-inch single crusts or one 8 or 9-inch double crust.
