With refreshing Salute Santé!® Grapeseed Oil sauce~

Serves 1 person
Fllet of raw codfish 100g (4 oz)
Salt and Pepper Some
Salute Santé!® Grapeseed Oil 80cc
White wine 30cc
Chicken broth 60cc
Cornstarch Some
Turnip 1/6 cut
Carrots 2(10g a carrot)
Minced parsley Some
Rape blossoms 2
Red core Japanese white radishes 2 1/12 cut
Mminiature asparaguses 3

<Cooking>

1. Put salt and pepper on the fillet of raw codfish. 2. Heat 60cc of chicken broth, and add cornstarch to make it thicken. 3. Put the codfish in another pot, add 30cc of white wine and 80cc of Salute Santé!® Grapeseed Oil. Heat the pot and close the lid.
4. Put the fish on a plate. Add the oil from the codfish pot to thicken chicken broth in order to make a sauce. Add salt and pepper, then pour it over the fish on the plate. 5. Boil vegetables in 2% salted water, and decorate them as a garnish. 6. Add parsley on the fish.
