Fresh Apple Tart Fresh Apple Tart
<Preparation>
Prepare Simple Pie Crust (see recipe)  
Fresh apples (granny smith, fuji, etc.) 8`10
Juice of 1 Fresh lemon 1 lemon
Turbinado sugar 1 tsp.

1. Prepare pie crust, and arrange in tart dish. Cut apples in thin slices lengthwise. 2. Arrange fruit slices by fanning out around tart dish, overlapping as you go. 3. Complete the circle. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the whole tart.
4. Sprinkle with sugar. 5. Bake at 400o F for 35 to 40 minutes.  
     
Substitutes: Use any fresh fruit in season: plums, peaches, nectarines, apples or cherries.
