Serves two.
Salmon fillet 1 lb.
Salute Santé!® Lemon Grapeseed Oil
Salt & Pepper

1. Marinate salmon fillet in Salute Santé!® Lemon Grapeseed Oil for one hour. 2. Sprinkle with pepper. Grill on barbecue for 3 minutes on each side. 3. Remove from barbecue and place on foil.
4. Sprinkle with salt. Seal for 5 minutes. 5. Place back on barbecue in foil, skin side down covered. 6. Cook for 3 minutes.
7. Serve immediately.
