Pumpkin Pie
<Preparation>
Simple Pie Crust (see recipe)  
Pumpkin puree (canned or fresh) 16 oz.
Eggs 2
Sugar 3/4 cup
Milk 1/4 cup
Cinnamon 1 tsp.
Ground ginger 1/2 tsp.
Ground cloves 1/4 tsp.
Salt 1/2 tsp.

1. Preheat oven to 425o F. 2. Prepare pie crust. 3. Wisk sugar and eggs until creamy.
4. Add all spices and pumpkin. 5. Slowly add milk, maintaining creamy consistency. 6. Pour into simple pie crust.
7. Bake 50 minutes until set.
