Roasted Rosemary Leeks & Potatoes
Serves two as a side dish.
Thin leeks 4
Medium potatoes 2
Salute Santé!® Rosemary Grapeseed Oil 3 Tbsp.
Salt & Pepper to taste

1. Cut potatoes into quarters. 2. Slice them into thin slices. 3. Slice leeks into 1/4-inch round pieces.
4. Heat 3 Tbsp. of Salute Santé!® Rosemary Grapeseed Oil. 5. First, saute potato slices for 7 minutes. 6. Add leeks.
7. Saute all for 10 minutes or until potatoes have a nice golden color. 8. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
