Salad Dressing

Yields 1 cup dressing.

Salute Santé!® Grapeseed Oil

1/2 cup

White wine or Apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup

Sweet mustard

1 tsp.

Spring water to reduce acidity of vinegar

1/8 cup

Turbinado sugar

1 tsp.

Sea salt & pepper to taste

1. Mix all ingredients together in a dressing bottle.	2. Shake well.

Serve over fresh greens.
