| Put 2 green asparaguses on a plate. | Add thinly-sliced red snapper on to the asparaguses. The red snapper should be salted and peppered beforehand. Spread ciboulette over the plate. | Put Japanese dressing on the ingredients. | Decorate radishes and salad on the plate, then add herbs and dressing. |

| For decoration, draw lines on the plate with the green oil. | Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly at edges. |
*Green Oil
By using a blender, mix 3 grams of parsley, 10 grams of garlic, and 75cc of Salute Sante!R Grapeseed Oil.
*Japanese Dressing
Mix 60cc of Salute Santé!® Grapeseed Oil, 15cc of white wine vinegar, grated ginger and garlic, 3cc of soy sauce, and 1cc of lemon juice.
