| Prepare pie crust, and arrange in tart dish. Cut apples in thin slices lengthwise. | Arrange fruit slices by fanning out around tart dish, overlapping as you go. | Complete the circle. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the whole tart. | Sprinkle with sugar. |
